Terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, terms and conditions should be checked before ordering goods. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.

Ordering

Making A Purchase
To make a purchase, browse through the site and add those you wish to purchase to the basket. When finished click on 'Checkout', and you will be asked for the details necessary to complete the order.
 
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
 
All orders will be acknowledged by email.

If your order has not been accepted you will receive an email detailing the reasons why.
 
All prices are correct at the time of entering the information however, we reserve the right to change prices of any product at any time. All prices include sales tax where applicable.
 
We will accept your order by dispatching the product to you. We will confirm acceptance by sending you an email.
 
You must check all details on this confirmation email are correct and contact us as soon as possible if any details are incorrect.
 
Delivery
 
Postage and Packaging

Postage and packaging for all UK orders under £50 is £1.50 for first class mail . Orders over £50 will be sent free.
Next day delivery will be charged at £4 for orders made before 2pm on working days.
International Orders will be charged at £3.00 at sent Airmail

We aim to despatch within 2 working days of receipt of payment. The parcel will be posted according to the method that you select with the order.
 
Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order.
 
If your delivery address is outside the UK, you may have to pay import duties and taxes once a shipment reaches your country. You must meet any additional charges for customs clearance.

Payment

Payment can be made using credit card, debit card, cheque or postal order.

Credit Card : We accept all major credit card and debit cards –

Payments are processed through PayPal where you can safely enter you card details -Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Delta, Solo, Electron, Amex and Maestro cards can be accepted. You do not have to be a PayPal member. Credit Card details can be entered during the checkout process, and are processed on a secure server.

Personal Cheque : If you wish to pay be cheque, place your order online , selecting 'Cheque' under Payment Method. Submit your order to us and then send off payment. Your items will be despatched once the cheque has cleared.

No Quibble Returns policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchases, and therefore offer a 100% refund of the cost of the goods if you are not completely satisfied. Goods must be returned within 30 days of receiving the goods.
If there has been a mistake with your order, please notify us straight away. We will make every effort is made to rectify the situation as quickly as possible.

Cancelling an Order
 
Under the UK Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days from the day after the day of receipt of the goods without giving a reason
If your order has been despatched, you will also need to return the cancelled item(s) at your own expense to the address given above.

We do not accept liability for any errors or omissions in our website and reserve the right to change information, prices and descriptions of listed products at any time without notice.
 
In the unlikely event that you receive goods which are not what you ordered or which are damaged or defective, we shall make good any shortage or non-delivery, replace any damaged or defective goods or refund you the amount you paid for the goods provided that you notify us of the problem in writing (email acceptable) within 10 working days of the delivery of the goods plus return the goods to us unless we inform you that return is not necessary. This does not affect your statutory rights.
